PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed the following regulation for proposed amendment:
Please refer to the above link and public notice (attached) for a summary of the proposed rule, the annotated rule, and comment period. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the Division cannot hold in-person meetings until further notice. A virtual hearing will be held only if requested by 25 persons, or by an agency or by an association having at least 25 members, if such request is made within 10 days of this notice. The comment period closes October 25th.
