PROPOSED REGULATION AMENDMENTS
Please be advised that the Division of Marine Fisheries has publicly noticed the following regulations to consider proposed amendments:
Each of the above listed rules is linked to the Secretary of State’s website where the public notices and proposed rules can be viewed.
Proposed amendments were presented at a public workshop on January 5, 2021. Please go to the Division’s calendar page to view the workshop presentation.
A public hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on February 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Please see the attached notice for meeting details.
