The URI-led team received a grant from NOAA (Saltonstall-Kennedy Grant) to explore the market feasibility of finfish dispatched with a traditional Japanese method called ikejime.

During this hybrid meeting, we will briefly cover:
- The goal and objectives of the project.
- What we have done thus far and what is planned ahead in the future.
- How you can get involved.
There will be an ample time for Q&A and/or discussing any concerns you might have about the project.
