Atlantic Herring: Council Updates Amendment 10 Problem Statement; Approves Scoping Document and Meeting Schedule
Rhode Island is hosting one of six Scoping meetings to gather public input on herring resource user conflicts and how best to attain optimum yield and improve the conservation status of Atlantic herring by accounting for its role in the ecosystem.
