[Rimarinefisheries] DEM Marine Fisheries Public Notice — Part 6 General Equipment Provisions

PUBLIC NOTICE

Please be advised that the DEM Division of Marine Fisheries has filed a public notice for proposed amendments to Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions.  Please refer to the public notice filed with the Sec. of State’s office (and attached) for a summary of the proposed rule-making, and also the proposed rule to view the proposed changes.

This is a Direct Final Rule (DFR) filing with no hearing scheduled.  In general, the Division utilizes DFR filings only for Fisheries Management Plan (FMP) compliance matters and minor corrections or clarifications to inaccurate or unclear regulations.  If no comments are received the rule will become effective on the date of last day of the comment period (Oct. 7 – Nov. 6).
