Attention Summer/Fall Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass Aggregate program participants
Persons interested in participating in the 2025 (May 1 – December 31) Summer/Fall Aggregate Program for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass must have a 2025 permit prior to participating in the program. New permits are required annually. Permit applications can be found on the Division’s webpage @ https://dem.ri.gov/sites/g/files/xkgbur861/files/2023-04/AggPermitApplication.pdf.
